Ozone can support sanitation across selected food-production processes, including ingredient washing, process-water treatment, surface hygiene and cold-area odour management. It reacts quickly and decomposes toward oxygen after treatment.
Key Benefits
- Microbial-load reduction in compatible wash processes
- Process-water oxidation and treatment
- Surface and equipment sanitation support
- Reduced persistent chemical residue
Application Engineering
Every installation must be validated for the food, materials, process and regulatory requirements. Dosage, contact time, transfer efficiency and worker exposure controls are essential design inputs.
How the System Works
Oxygen feed is prepared, converted to ozone through electrical discharge, transferred into the treatment medium and given sufficient contact time. Monitoring and safety controls verify performance and manage residual ozone.
